SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Windows Media Player

Get Windows Media Player   You will need Windows Media Player 6.4 or above for the video to play. If your computer does not have this installed please download it for free from http://www.windowsmedia.com/download/.
Browser
Get Microsoft Internet Explorer   You will need Internet Explorer 7 or above to view the web pages for this event. If you need to install it, you can download it free from http://www.microsoft.com/ie/.

Hardware
You will need a sound card and speakers. Most PC's have this capability. If you are unsure, please ask your system administrator.

Display
You will need a screen size of at least 800 x 600. If you have not, you can reset this by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting properties. This will open "Display Properties". Go to the "Settings" tab and move the slider in the bottom right along to the right to 800 x 600.

MAC
If you are using a MAC, we recommned using Flip4Mac which can be download for free from
http://dynamic.telestream.net/downloads/download-flip4macwmv.htm
However for some users this will not work and as an alternative please first disable Flip4Mac and then use Windows Media Player for MAC which can be downloaded for free from
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/mac/mp9/default.aspx
(note: if you are running an Intel based MAC, you will need to run your browser in Rosetta mode)

Firewalls
If you are on a corporate LAN, you will most likely be behind a firewall (a device which forbids certain traffic from entering the network). Usually this is not a problem as our software can send the audio the same way that web pages are delivered however some companies prefer to block this from happening. In short, you need to configure Windows Media Player to allow access over HTTP. If you are experiencing problems related to this, please contact your system administrator. Feel free to pass on our details to them so we can help troubleshoot the problems.

Projecting onto a large screen
If you would like to project the video screen, right click on video window and click zoom for full screen size.
