| Robert is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has worked in the Lloyd’s market for 16 years. He was appointed Underwriting Director of Chaucer Syndicates Limited in April 2000, responsible for overseeing all underwriting within the Group. He was previously the Active Underwriter of Syndicate 1096. Prior to joining Lloyd’s, he was with CNA Reinsurance of London Limited from 1977 to 1987, working both in London and the USA. He is a member of the Lloyd’s Market Association Board and is currently the Chairman of its Underwriting and Claims Committee. | |

| Ken Curtis is the Finance Director of Chaucer Syndicates Limited, the Group's managing agency. Ken is responsible for the finances and reporting for CSL and its managed syndicates. Ken has responsibility for the Group accounts and manages the Finance Department, which comprises both corporate and syndicate teams, and the Treasury and Investments Department. Prior to joining Chaucer, Ken was a Senior Manager in the London Market Insurance Group of Deloitte. | |
